Sonny and Alexis go out on the balcony after he "welcomes" A.J. to the family.
Sonny: Pronto, por favor. Gracias.
Alexis: I assume there was a reason for that performance?
Sonny: A.J. Offered to trade his new wife for Michael.
Alexis: Then you did the only thing you could.
Sonny: What about Courtney? I left her in A.J.'s hands.
Alexis: She's a big girl. She can take care of herself. You were very smooth. You were very dignified. You did the right thing. You did the smart thing. You did it exactly right.
Sonny: Then why does it feel like a knife in my gut?
