Hi there and welcome to the Message Boards here at justbreathe.tv! Before beginning posting on the boards, we wanted to make y'all aware of a few of the 'Terms and Agreement for Use" or as we like to call it...
"Legal Stuff You Need to Know, So Read It. (no really, we mean it)"
We want to maintain the high level of debate and intelligent discussion we have come to be known for, and we appreciate you taking a moment to read the following terms of use for the Just Breathe Forums.
You agree, through your use of the Just Breathe Forums, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law.
This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to the Just Breathe Forums.
This also includes, but is not limited to the mention of other Soap message boards (i.e. SoapZone) and specific threads and/or posters. We at the Just Breathe Forums will not tolerate specific attacks on other members of the online community and the Just Breathe Forums will not facilitate such discussion.
Please remember that we do actively monitor the posted messages and any message deemed inappropriate will be removed by the forum moderator or board administrator. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of the Just Breathe Forums.
Confused as to what might seem inappropriate? Let's put it this way: If you traded Carly's name for Alexis, would you be offended by your post? If the answer is 'yes', chances are your post is inappropriate to the nature of the Just Breathe Forums.
Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify the administrator of the forum immediately. We have the rights to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum. We at Just Breathe also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.
You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.
After you register and log into the Just Breathe Forums, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.
We will shortly have an area for over-18 members to access, where they will be allowed to post and view content that will be adult in nature. If you are not 18 years of age, you will be denied access to the area. If you are over 18 years of age and found to be sharing Just Breathe Adult Content with a minor, your access will be revoked. Further action, if necessary, will be taken.
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from the Just Breathe Forums or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
